We are developing a database of medical synonyms to help you avoid this problem. We have tens of thousands of medical synonyms which can be used to fine-tune retrieval by search engines. There is currently no other single listing of medical synonyms.

Use the synonyms for designing your own searches, for avoiding repetition when authoring a medical textbook, for understanding a colleague’s preferred language, or just improving your own knowledge.

Spellcheckers

Specialist Windows-based medical and scientific spellcheckers, developed in collaboration with Microsoft Inc., which will integrate seamlessly with various versions of Windows^TM and all versions of Microsoft Office^TM can be made available on request.
